Hi,
trying to get back into running, but seem to be having problems with compartment syndrome. I know the symptoms and had surgery for anterior compartment syndrome in 2001, but I now appear to be having issues with posterior area. Not massive changed my gait as far as i can tell. Had a good sports therapist look at it and he confirmed it, treated it, but it still keeps coming back after about 3 sessions (within a week).
Im doing loads of core work to improve that area, trying to build slowly, sprints and walking, but i'm looking for advice for something else (if anything) that I can do before i approach GP for referral to orthopods. I'm roughly running 5k in a session so not massive mileage by any means, and I'm approx 14stone in weight.
Cheers
Ryan
