I go to school in the middle of the peak district. 20 minutes away are some of the best climbing spots in the country and yet unfortunately the school does nothing to promote it. It is for that reason that i'd like to propose to the school an idea for getting a small bouldering wall. The school has space for it and many of the teachers are keen climbers. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on best way to go about this? If the proposal was to have any chance of success i would need information on companies that would build it, prices, insurance and so on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know how far you are from Hope Valley College, but they have a climbing wall and might be able to give you some advice
