Hi.

Thinking of a few days at Bendronaig / Bearnais bothy (original plan was for Coire Fionnaraich bothy but that's closed for a month due to stalking).

Anyone able to tell me what the footpaths are like to each bothy from Strathcarron / Achintree, running up either side of Creag Dhubh Mhor? Is there an actual track or is it nothing more than wishful thinking?

Good cyclable track.
The direct path from Strathcarron is ok, but a bit boggy.

Hi. Thanks. Bike not an option (my dog cannot keep up with the bike).

Direct path seems to be the shortest route to either bothy

The path over the hill from Strathcarron to Bernais is pretty good.
The one to Bendronaig further south not so good.
