In reply to fayeness:

If its tendon Damage like a pulley Injury, dont do it. Complete lay off now will save Longer term Injury and longer lay off.

My diagnosis is that you are in denial. Your hand's not well - give it a break, you'll lose more ground by damaging it some more than you will by having a brief layoff. I can't tell if it will make it worse, but it certainly won't make it better.

In reply to fayeness: What on earth do those trained medical professionals know?...... Better to rest up now and then go easy on the hand for a 6-8 "WEEKS" than suffer "YEARS" of problems from a badly healed injury.
