Stanage Plantation is the most classic and will be dry if it isn't raining.
It is a bit overrated IMO, and many of the best problems are high but if you've never been there'll be plenty of good stuff to do.
Decent problems that are OK on your own include Green Traverse (slightly boring 7a traverse), Glass Hour 7a (cool technical arete, funny landing), Crescent Arete high but easy, harder (6b) on the left. A good one not to miss is the 6b on the opposite end of The Pebble to Deliverance.
Not To Be Taken Away (6c, kind of) is a major classic, but not one I do alone, too scary.
There is plenty of arse-scraping nonsense around too.
Burbage North is very good too, but more problems might remain wet.
