Sore quads on day two of the OMM and I just wondered if anyone has or still uses compression tights and are they any good?

Can you wear them for both days and will the wind dry them out if you get a soaking like lycra.

the heat from your legs dries them quickly.

I like them for winter running, combination of support and a little extra warmth seems to help with quads and calfs. I have got both skins a400 and 2XU, both do the job, but I prefer the cut of the 2XU, let's just say a better fit for a man!
