Can anyone recommend guide books, web pages for rock and alpine routes in the Tatras.
In reply to Russell: Polish or Slovakian side? if polish check out the tourism office in Dom Turisty in Zakopane. we got some topos (in polish) for a few of the venues there.

In reply to higherclimbingwales:

The bookstore that used to be in Dom Turysty has been moved to new location at Staszica 16 - it's the best place in Zakopane to get the books about Tatras.

For Slovak side I can recommend: "Vyber tatranskych stien": http://www.tatry.nfo.sk/kniha.html , which is essentially a paper compilation of the best website about climbing on Slovak side: www.tatry.nfo.sk

For the classics on Polish side (apart from Morskie Oko region): http://books.google.fr/books/about/Topografia_i_terenoznawstwo.html?id=9_4p... The book covers the famous routes used normally on the training courses in the valleys, but some of the routes there are well worth doing.

Cheers
RS
