been on the website. can't read french. did pick out that the applications for next years race were due mid-october but not seen anything. anyone know any more?

I also don't read french, but from what I can figure out it seems that registration for 2014 will open in mid-november 2014. The rest of the info seems to still refer to the 2013 edition.

Depends on your definition of mid-november, but registration is definitely closed, simply because it's not open yet, not because the race is full or a deadline has passed, which I suppose is good news or the OP.
