In reply to shaslam00632: Hi, Sorry i cant help you with your query as I have not had the surgery done. I was wondering if you are having it done on the NHS or private? I suffer from ulnar nerve entrapment and the I have been told by a GP that surgery may be an option at some point.

Hi there, I had my ulnar nerve moved round to the other side of my arm last year. I had some golfer's elbow bits changed at the same time. It was 1-2 weeks of arm in bandage so can't do much at all, then 3-4 months until I tried very gentle climbing. I think it was mainly the golfer's elbow fix that slowed it down though.

Best of luck!
