Would be fab if anyone on here who works in outdoor industry marketing could share their experiences:

How did you get into outdoor industry marketing?
Is it an interesting and rewarding job and would you recommend it?

I am working in a related area- charity marketing and fundraising currently and quite interested in finding out more about working in the outdoor industry as its something I am considering for my next career move.
