I normally down climb when bouldering indoors, however with long day sessions as I get tired I do a little less. Noticed today after a long day that I have some lower back discomfort that is not muscular. Does anyone else experience this? I guess my thinking is that for some the repeated impacts could cause some aggravation? Thoughts?

+1 for down climbing! Hard to say about your lower back, I guess it's possible especially if you don't jump in a good way

Unless the thing you just claimed was at your limit, go for the downclimb. It's good for your joints and good practice for getting yourself out of a mess when jibbering above gear.
