/ Becoming an outdoor instructor

I've written a "thing" about how my career took me through to being an MIA which I thought may help people who are starting out in the outdoor industry. I know a lot of you on here are super experienced, but there's lots of new comers to.
I'm no literary genius, but I do get asked about how I started etc by my clients and young instructors so see what you think.
