I've tweeked a tendon in one of my fingers about 12 months ago, it has recently flared up again whilst bouldering - nothing major, but feels a bit sore when pressure is applied.

I'm basically looking for a resource that gives advice on the treatment of climbing injuries.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is some very Comprehensive Injury Advice on UKbouldering. Plus they have an online Physio Question and answer Session on Fridays.
