Who would benefit most from old guide books?

I have a huge pile of old and not so old guide books, covering the UK, Europe bits of Asia and North America. I could sell them but would rather they go somewhere they will be used rather than just put on a shelf and flicked through occasionally.
Any thoughts on where they could go?
