Hi folks, anyone know if there has been any significant snowfall in the Cuillin? Unfinished business on the Coire Lagan boulders and just wondering if the top-outs will be feasible, cheers.

In reply to Sherlock:

There was light snow down to sea-level in Sleat on Tuesday morning, but it was quite sunny and may well have burned off the boulders. Today looks showery and blustery, not sure if that'll fall as rain or snow but you'd need to be keener than me to boulder in it! When you headed?

In reply to Jamie B:

Very stormy here today. 60-70mph winds.

There was a lot of snow yesterday, freezing conditions and snow down to sea level. I doubt much below 700m will have survived, it's much milder.

Now that's the sort of winter conditions information that actually matters. Wind might be enough to dry things off in the next couple of days??

Thinking it might be worth a punt on Saturday.Forecast looking optimistic so far but I know how quickly things are changing atm.
Thanks again all.
