Is there someone that can do a decent resole job on my rock boots in Cham?

Through lack of positive feedback for local outfits here in NZ, I'm thinking I might have better success on the continent.

Thanks

DO NOT go to the cobbler on the corner of Ave Aiguille du Midi, by the bridge (if he's still there). The guy's a butcher - he ruined a perfectly good pair of my shoes. The best re-soles in France are done by a company called SOeScalade. Their re-soles are now done in Thiais (no longer in Avignon). Post them off and it takes about a week. Choice of four or five rubbers. Takes about a week and costs I think €28 including return postage. Including Mrs J's shoes we must have had two dozen pairs re-soled and they've always been perfect. http://www.soescalade.com/ click on ressemelage. Don't know how much it'd cost from NZ though... ask them.

Duly noted

I'll be in France during Feb. so this might be most viable.

Thanks for the info.
