I have been working from home now for just over a year. Selling credit card payment facilities.
When the the sun is shining and you are all alone how do you stay motivated/sane!!

Are you working from home but employed by someone else, or working from home for yourself? I'm in the latter category and my main motivation is doing the work so I can get paid and can thus pay my bills... it sounds a bit sanctimonious and it isn't very glamorous, but on a glorious day like today it's about the only thing that works...
