I've had a bit of a nightmare over the last couple of years with chronic prostatitis or pudendal neuralgia. I know this can be related to cycling (of which I've also done quite a bit) but wondered if it could also be related to hanging about in climbing harnesses whilst working routes, hanging belays and falling off ...of which I've also done quite a bit
Would be interested if anyone else has had similar problems and, if so, how they resolved them?
