I've been 3 times over the last 3 years for some winter sun rock climbing in Tenerife and it is great for climbing, walking and many other outdoor activities. A superb climate of around 20c most days in Dec/Jan and there are some wonderful climbing venues to visit from Trad on the amazing La Catedral in the Roques de Garcia to some excellent sport at venues such as Arico Gorge and Las Canadas.
