Spoke with WC on Friday - told that they are about ready to start posting them out, very helpful chap reckoned 7 - 10 days. Fingers crossed....

I'm just glad I didn't bother sending mine off until they announced replacements were nearly ready. Couldn't have gone this long without wires!

Just come off phone to them ,they told me they get sent to Italy there parent company them sent back to derby ,then sent out to us.She also said she did not think we would them back before Christmas as they had only just sent them away.
