I've just moved to London (Ealing) and I really want to know how to get into climbing, where I should go, what equipment I need. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Try Westway climbing centre, very close to Ealing and very popular. It'd be a great place to learn the basics and meet up with others before moving outdoors for proper climbing. No equipment needed at first as you can borrow it from the centre.

There is also the meetup.com group called 'Climbing in London'. That is run by LMC members as a sideline nad that also goes to The Castle on Thurs.
I think there is a Wales meet planned next spring booking an indoor to outdoor course with PYB too...
Sebj93, DM me if you want more info.
