Anyone know of an acronym for the Mangement at Work Regs, 3-19 inclusive?
So far, my clever colloeague Trevor has come up with,
"Rap asap with the DCI, get Chect, ET go home, PCN Why (Y)?"
ie,
Risk Assess + Principles of prevention, (Regs 3 & 4)
arrangements, survellience, assistance of (competent) person, (Regs 5,6,7)
cooperation&coordinatin, host site, capabilities & Training, (Regs 8,9,10)
employers' duties, temporary workers, (Regs 11,12,13)
pregnancy risk assess, certificate, notification (regs 16,17,18)
Young Persons. (Reg 19)
Happy to take better offerings.
