Has anyone got any experience with instantaneous water heaters (electric) or electric flow boilers?

I have a small one bedroom flat that I am renovating and need to figure out the hot water arrangements for the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The shower is an electric shower (no bath). The flat has no gas so combi boilers are not an option.

The flat has a centrally located water storage cylinder with heating element that feeds the two sinks. I would like to remove the old storage tanks to make the kitchen bigger and dont really want to replace them so need to use something like an instantaneous water heater or flow boiler to heat the water. Looking around there's lots of compact units that can be hidden in cupboards and under sinks etc which are capable of supplying two sinks.

Anyone any experience with them or any other options?

Thanks

Under sink is probably your best option.
