Helly Hansen base layer - what size?

I'm 6ft3in tall, but quite skinny (/lanky) with long arms. What size HH striped crew baselayer would I need? I always struggle to get ones long enough on the arms, but then the larger sizes are normally ridiculously baggy on my chest.
Any advice? I'm currently thinking medium... this is so that someone can buy the right size for an xmas present by the way! Thanks!

I'm 5' 6", small to medium build and I take a medium.

I'm 6ft 3, big shoulders, 45 chest and my Lifa vests, one old school and one about 2 years old, are both size large which are a good tight fit.
