Thoughts on each wall please as I haven't been to either.

Red goat

Energise is a top rope and lead wall with a small bouldering area.

Red Goat is a dedicated bouldering centre.

Neither of which I would choose to pay money to climb in....having said that I would happily buy coffee and sit by the log burner at Red Goat for hours and chat without paying a penny entry...best option

Energise feels cooped up and is quite warm. Red Goat is good fun for bouldering, nice feel to it and great cakes.
