Sit down starts

So i presume you start by sitting on the ground and then once you pull onto the rock someone slides the mat underneath you?

Starting on a pad is acceptable for most problems.

Subject to abuse like everything. See Bristol heel, French start and the less well known Chipping Norton twist.

Careful with that last move. Do it too fast and you'll end up with a bad case of Derbyshire Neck.
