Garmont sizing

SportPursuit have got Garmont approach shoes in at the moment at some very attractive prices.

I've never had a pair before, and I'm wondering what the sizing and fit are like.

For purposes of comparison, Raichle/Mammut fit me like a glove, as do Salomon trail shoes; Scarpa and Meindl do not fit me. I am a street shoe size 10.

Narrow toe box, low volume, low arches.

I had a pair of the Karrimor/Garmont approach shoes about 8-10 years ago and they were brilliant fit - I currently have 2 pairs of Raichle boots and they are also a brilliant fit. Sizing was 'normal'

I've only tried Garmonts on in the shop, but found them *very* narrow compared to Scarpas.

Odd, Garmont ski boots have a well deserved rep for being wider than Scarpa.
