Anyone got any experience of getting 3G connection in Croatia and Slovenia? I presume it's fairly easy to pick up a good connection in towns? Similarly, is it fairly easy too find wifi out there? Seems it from the searches I've made online, but any advice will be gratefully received.

I haven't really used 3G specifically, but I have found phone signals generally good in Slovenia, with dead pockets in the mountains.

It's a small country with a high population density and modern infrastructure that just happens to have a couple of mountain ranges dumped in it. Overall things work fairly well.

No idea about wifi. Wouldn't be surprised if most places have it.
