Popping up to the peak this weekend and looking to get some VB-V4 bouldering in. Weather looks decent. Have done most of Burbage South now. Does anyone have any suggestions for where to go in terms of non puddle landings, good situation at this grade range?
Curbar is always good, great situation start on trackside boulder , wLk up to the highball arete behind gorilla warfare then wander along the edge , tick a few problems, take a flask and enjoy the view
In reply to Just Tintin: Burbage North is worth a visit. There's loads to go at especially when combined with Burbage Bridge and Burbage West. Don't miss 'Banana Finger' (V3 I think).
Apparent North (Stanage) is a picturesque venue with loads of 'easier' problems. It can get a bit windy though. 'The High Road' is probably the best VB in the Peak.
