Like much of the west coast conditions are fluctuating by the day and forecasts changing rapidly. Last 2 days there were very good conditions high up and the Ridge crest was good and fairly fast- http://skyeguides.co.uk/blog/
Sadly today has stripped out a lot so plenty of rock showing again. Easterlies and cooling temperatures forecast on XC weather would be magic but BBC and others seem closer to the mark with about 9 degrees just now.
I'll update if things turn out better in the coming days; based in the Glen til Monday.

Hi Tom,
The great news is that skies have cleared and temps have dropped to below 4 at sea-level. Not so clever is yesterdays stripping of the crest but still plenty of white in higher gullies. Where are you off to? Mike

I've reported about the deteriorating conditions last weekend in another post here- http://www.ukclimbing.com/forums/t.php?t=576305

Will do a new UKC report when there's anything worthy of comment but sadly praying for a freeze just now.
