Have received replacement Rocks for the Wild Country recall.
The rating for Rock 09 is still 12KN (grey sheath) whereas Rocks 10-14 are now rated at 10KN (black sheath).
Have I received a bad batch or are Rocks now weaker than they were?

They were recalled because they were too strong.
