Anyone been to arrochar in the past week?

Was planning to go to Hells lum tomorrow but I've decided to head west instead.

Any good snow or ice on the s face of the cobbler?

Hi there. I was out on The Cobbler today and climbed Chockstone Gully and Great Gully. I think the turf will only be frozen where exposed to the wind. There are more details and a couple of photos on the climbnow.co.uk blog.

I was up on Thursday and like Euan did Great Gully (didn't do Chockstone Gully this time) and the summit. I met a walker on the top who said there was a team doing a FWA on the south face of South Peak, other than that I've no details. Certainly plenty of snow about although in conditions terms my info is out of date.
