Maybe this is old news, but I just stumbled upon a 50 minute edit of the BBC outside broadcast from the OMOH on youtube (uploaded last November). Last time I saw this being discussed on here, nobody seemed to know where to find a copy. Or maybe it was a longer edit people were looking for. Anyway, here you go

I read a chapter of a MacInnes book about this broadcast a long time ago but i never seen the film,now i can...ta!

I can remember it, as a 17-year-old schoolboy, almost as if it was yesterday. Bonington being lowered off the top was the absolute highlight.

I remember it as a kid and more recently I used to have a copy of the original unedited footage on VHS loaned from the BBC Library.
Some of the original footage and comments were not broadcast live at the time, so really fascinating!!!!!!
