Bouldering near Bracknell

Down in Bracknell (work training) for two nights.

Seems the nearest wall is in Reading. Worth the hassle to get to? Will involve a train journey & bus.

Reading is a good wall with plenty of bouldering. The wall is probably about a15 minute wall from the station. Another option might be craggy island in Guildford or even the Guildford uni wall if trains to Guildford are easier than reading.

I love craggy, and the bouldering is ok there, but I think it is probably a half hour walk from Guildford station?

Well, I can cope with a 15 minute walk. Is there a bus (just in case of rain / dodgy neighbourhood)?

The neighbourhood is ok ish. There is a bus, but I can't remember any details as I hate the buses in reading so didn't use them. there's a flat fare wherever you are going and you have to have the right money in coins, no change given.
