Cheap but tough Camera

Hey guys, looking for some suggestions looking at buy a cheap camera dosnt have to be technical just shoot a good quality picture and Ideally waterproof. Im not diving with it it would just be nice to know if it rains or snows that I don't have to worry about it getting wet.
Any help would be great looking to spend up to £50 and willing to buy second had if has instructions and cables

OK then. We have a Nikon Coolpix S30. Sorry, I don't know how much it cost or if it's any good but 1. it's apparently kid-proof and 2. it's hateful if no one answers your post.

I have a Panasonic FZ38, mainly because it has an eye level viewfinder with diopter correction so I can use it without having to use my reading glasses. It is not at all waterproof but I just have a weather proof carry case and take care when the weather is inclement.

It takes a decent picture IMO.

YOu might get lucky with a second hand Ricoh PX, there was at Oxfam online a while back, I was tempted
