Dont suppose anyone has seen the south face of north peak, the cobbler, in the last few days? Hoared up or black rock? Any info appreciated!

Cheers
Andy

I would imagine the rock will be pretty snowy hereabouts, not sure how frozen underneath though? Arran looks very white, it's been heavy sleety rain here since 3pm also

I plan to be on it on Sunday (working Sat)

In reply to stuart: Cheers for the info, didnt end up going.... long drive from Aberdeen and pretty tenuous conditions/weather combo... tomorrow looks a better day! Had wondered about direct direct.. another time.

Really needs to be cloudy for that one. Tricky to predict conditions in the southern highlands just now. Too high and everything's burried, drop down to avoid the snow and nothing's frozen.

I always think it needs to be about 4 degrees or less in Glasgow to have any chance of frozen turf on the cobbler, it's so close to the sea.
