Scottish Winter Grades

If Scotland splits from the rest of UK, will the rest of the UK still be able to use the Scottish winter grading system?

They can but only unofficially, and it won't be recognised by the powers that be.
There is certainly no guarantees the rest of Europe will allow rUK to use their systems either.
