Is access allowed these days - walked passed today and wondered if anyone has been over the roof left of the overhang on the top tier - looks really good.
In reply to robandian: hi, i think over years all the lines have been donen more than the guide suggestsn we went late last year and no problems access wise, the main roof routes are good, and the short slim roof at the left is okay too
Climbed there last year... apart from the stinging nettles constantly attacking my legs it was nice quiet climbing. Think if you park sensibly and use the correct path to walk in then there won't be any bother. The walk in seems to put people off.
Was there yesterday. No hassle and no nettles either. Some clearing of scrub has been done on the West Hill so it's a bit less vegetated than it used to be. A bit damp in places after having rain most of last week. The walk in is only 5 minutes.
