Checked out a new Climbing Wall that's opened up in South Birmingham (M5 J2) tonight, that is well worth a look if your up that way.

Everything's brand new but its pretty small, but would be good for anyone local. No bouldering which is a bit of a let down, but its cheap too, £5.50, and no membership fees, its currently got some good routes set for the BMC leading ladder competition too.
Its looks like they have full disabled access which is pretty cool, makes it a bit unique too.
