Basically, you want the second clip above the first in the timeline, and you want to mask out the reflection area and feather it a bit. The mask contains the reflection area, with the non-masked area letting the clip underneath show through.
You'll need to shoot the same locked-off camera angle for both shots, obviously.
You may need to animate the matte if the area changes or gets covered up by the lowered shot.
