In my experience (5 weeks on Lundy now) there's really no substitute if you want answers to questions like this other than to read the guidebook. Many crags are tidal in parts, with abseil access to some routes when the tide is in (if you can locate the right abseil point) and it really depends what climbs and grades you are looking for. I've not visited in the bird-restricted season myself as it definitely does restrict options.
