The extention pole and brush that were stashed at Queens Crag has been relocated to under the platform of wooden sleepers at the top of the road near Corner Cottage. I had to resort to using it as a crutch to hobble out from the crag after an ankle injury incident last weekend. I can recommend the A&E Dept at Hexham Hospital, no waiting for hours here. Local farmer also gave me a lift once I got to the track which was reassuring after being passed by several "toffs" in their 4x4s'.
Maybe not a Winter venue?
