does anyone know if the place is open?

I'm wanting to cancel an accommodation booking but nobody answers the phone or responds to e-mail

Try cancelling online - I think the Angelfish system is the one they use.

I've stayed there a couple of times and found them to be very accommodating about moving the booking, rather than cancelling.

Just saw the following message on the Pete's Eats Facebook Page:

"Still no landline so book your accommodation with us online or contact us on eat@petes-eats.co.uk"

It answers one half of your question, hopefully they'll be in contact via email asap.

I once had to move my booking with them and they were fine with it. It was pretty much as soon as I'd noticed my mistake. Actually, I'm pretty certain I talked to them on the phone :S
