Hi all hope everything is well for everybody. I message because I am curious to hear if anyone has successfully returned to running after a broken leg, and if so what their experiences were like. It is something I want to do but at the same time may be reluctant if it will mess up any healing. All the best everyone.
Obviously depends on the level of break and how well healed, but I'd just build up carefully, once you get a tick off from a physio or similar.
Bit of powerwalking building up to a run/walk and see how you get on.
