Abductor muscle strain

I've suffered, what I believe to be, a slight abductor muscle strain.........I've started stretching massaging and exercising the affected area after a few days rest but does anyone know which exercises would be ok to start which don't aggravate the muscle strain.....I heard cross training machines and cycling are ok......?

Try body weight squats (feet wider than shoulders) within your pain free range of motion. As that range increase further increase your depth.
There are plenty of 'how to..' videos on line to get correct form.

You could try some theraband exercises as well, again within your pain free range of motion.

Yep I've trawled the web and found a few things.....thanks, the squats I'll work on
