Im trying to find a set of British size 15 B3 / B2 mountaineering boots for a friend who is coming to Peru climbing this year. We are climbing Huascarán and other tech peaks and routes up to D+, we've tried Sportiva Nepals size 50 which don't fit any suggestions would be appreciated.

Doubt you will get stiff boots but some Meindls go up to 17. Some of the smaller Italian manufacturers will do custom order but it takes a while.

the new scarpa manta pro goes up to a eu50 much winder fitting than nepals I believe. Might be hard to get hold of still pretty new.

Thanks for the suggestions so far, i have contacted Scarpa and Sportiva direct to see if they have any boots that might fit. The only other boots i have found which may fit are made by lowa "Civetta Extreme Mountaineering Boot".

Are the size 50 sportivas too small or just the wrong shape`?

I vaguely remember seeing humungous sized Raichle, ex military double plastics, being offered via those army surplus shops online......worth a google search?
