I'm heading out to El Chorro next week. Thinking of heading to Loja for a day or two and just wondering if anyone has any useful knowledge on seepage etc?

It looks like the lower crag could be quite bad if it is seeping, but I have no idea if it seeps after a day of rain, or a week of rain, or if it might generally be a bit damp at this time of year. Any beta appreciated, as it's a decent drive from El Chorro!

It's a high crag and North facing. The lower crag has a lot of tufas so seepage will probably be an issue after prolonged rain.

However it does dry quickly after rain Iif it's only been a day of rain.I've no idea what the weather has been doing there lately so couldn't tell you if it's likely to be seepy.

I've always used it as a crag to go to in the hotter months tbh As it's shady. If it's windy it can be very cold.

Cheers. Last time I was there end of April we had a real mix, cold and windy and really hot and sunny! I guess we'll wait to see if we get some hot days.
