... as to when Geraint Thomas will crash

I'll go for 180km

Cancellarra will win, obviously

I want JVS to win after last weekend, but Spartacus wouldn't be a bad result.

P.s. Any idea what the forecast is? it's bad enough in the dry, but if it gets wet it'll be properly nasty!

In reply to Chris the Tall:

Yeah Thomas seems to be having a bad run of it the last year or so with crashes, keeps blaming it on bad luck but it could also be bad positioning, you would hope not being a pro but perhaps he needs more support from the team to be in the right place, be good to see him go the distance in PR and come into the velodrome in the leading group.....

In reply to Chris the Tall:

Its getting pretty elite upfront, great race so far 7k to go
In reply to Chris the Tall:
Terpstra wins, Spartacus third.
Thomas shows what he can do when he stays upright by finishing 7th, just ahead of Wiggo in a pretty elite bunch.

Hadn't realised just how rare it was for a TDF winner to even attempt PR, apparently Lemond was the last, back in 1992, also finished 9th
