What's the access situation here? Is climbing still banned even if the peregrines are not nesting?

Yep. It's on private land in a field. And its about the owner's concerns about being sued and advice from their insurers rather than peregrines thats the main issue. Ive heard on the grapevine that a climber tried to sue the owner some years ago after a fall/accident some years ago. If that's true, well done to them for helping to screw up access by trying to sue the owner.
