Best place to restart

Hi guys,

I've just started climbing again after a years break and feeling pretty out of shape.


Before I finished I could scrape my way up 7a indoors and out.

I just wondered for the principals of periodised training should I start with stamina, power endurance or hit back on strength?

I've managed to flash 6b+ within a session.

If you haven't climbed for a year I'd just start climbing regularly and get a feel for it again, so as to relearn your movement, footwork etc. and regain confidence. After that, I guess strength is the obvious thing to train. My reasoning is that increased strength will generally improve stamina and power endurance to an extent as everything feels easier when stronger.
